Our Story

I’m Mallory Hays, owner of Tate Flower Farm in Ada, OH.

Agriculture has always been a part of me. Growing up on a grain and livestock farm, I witnessed firsthand the hard work and dedication that farming requires. For the past three years, I’ve run my flower business on the farm I grew up on, sharing the joy and beauty of flowers with my family, friends, and community. It was such a special experience, and I’m now excited to bring my passion to Ada.

My great grandma has been a huge inspiration throughout this journey. At 100 years old, she’s always been a constant source of support, reminding me to appreciate life’s simple pleasures. She even designed the logo for Tate Flower Farm, which means the world to me. Her love for flowers and nature ignited my own passion, and I’m so grateful for the role she’s played in my story.

I recently married and have transitioned my flower farm to my husband’s family farm. Ada is now my forever home, and I can’t wait to get to know this community more. With big goals for the future of Tate Flower Farm, I’m excited to continue growing and sharing the beauty of flowers with all of you.
